Don't procrastinate when it comes to living your pono life.
1) Watch out for man-o-war
2) Have small goals to shoot for in the water & on land
3) A game of tag is a great motivator
4) Jogging with sandy feet doesn't feel good
5) Clothes rubbing on wet skin over time = rash
6) Having Energy & Endurance drink before the race worked
Why did I decide to do it? 1) I wanted to support my son. 2) I thought it would be a good physical goal (nuts!). 3) I wanted to stretch myself out of my comfort zone.
P.S. I don't have something stuck on my teeth, its rubberbands on my braces. ;)
This is today's morning breakfast to go: mango, banana, strawberry, Tropical Strawberry Shakeology and lemon ginsing green tea. It's filling, it tastes great, and its super nutritious. Can't do better with any other breakfast I could possibly have.
